  1. Sarah Jo

I purchased this for my husband to use during his night rides. It is great quality with high resolution!! He has had issues with previous lights, the battery life not lasting but this one has outlasted other brands so far. Definitely worth the money.

  2. George Sherman (verified owner)

I use this light on my handlebars on my road bike and as a helmet light while riding on my mountain bike. Mounts are secure, simple, and effective. Light pattern is great and battery lasts as advertised. When mountain biking I use the Alty 2000 on my bars.. that one is awesome as well. Finally the lights are well made and solidly engineered!

  3. Abk2950

Very powerful for the size. Easy operation and solid mounting system.

  4. alejandro gonzalez

Love it. Small, powerful and last a long time. Best light I have used in the last couple years.

  5. TxFergy

I have been using this twice a week for a 25 mile night ride for the last two months. I usually use the medium setting (750 lumens) and it easily last the two hours. I ride in a group of 4 – 6 and this does a good job of lighting the road and the cyclist in front of me. I have used the high setting on occasion, its basically a car headlight. One time I forgot to recharge and the battery indicator did turn red at 25% charge capacity remaining and the light did start to dim. I like this feature, rather than giving out, dim the light t o make it last as long as possible. I have to say I as excited to learn that the battery inside is an off the shelf non-proprietary battery. Magicshine says its not replaceable but when then time comes, I plan on trying to crack it open and replace without breaking the light.

  6. Robin

An excellent unit with a very bright and well-shaped beam, good run-times and impressive build quality.
The quarter-turn Garmin mount means fitting and removal takes a second.

Very happy with this product. The output is excellent from such a compact/relatively lightweight unit. Already recommended this brand to a number of friends and colleagues.

  9. Kelly lee (verified owner)

I’ve used this light the last 3 nights now on my nightly rides. The light is plenty bright and quick click of the button to cycle through the modes based on amount of ambient light and oncoming traffic. I like to use the high setting when there is not much light and no cars coming the opposite direction. build quality is solid and the battery life indicator is a great feature.

  10. A. Lundwall (verified owner)

A great light, with both handle bar and helmet mount. In my opinion, especially given the price, I think these are GREAT lights. They are as bright as my 4000 Lumen Surface lights, but they’re pretty close!! And considering they were 1/4 of the price, I think they’re close enough! I like to ride with two lights…one on the bars, and one on the helmet. So, we each put one of these magicshine lights on our handlebars, and use our other lights on our helmets. There was one day that she forgot her lights, and we got stuck out after dark. I gave her my helmet light, and I used my magicshine on my handlebars. It was good enough for us to get our ride done…but I would really have preferred this ALLTY 1500 on my bar instead of the helmet!

  11. Music Mike (verified owner)

Bright as a headlight. I bought this for the bicycle and am very happy. The light has 3 levels of regular light Way Bright, Ah Bright, and Just fine! The light also has a couple flashing modes that are probably good to keep the light running longer. I go 2 – 3 hours before charging, mainly because I make long rides and or walks and don’t want to be caught with dim lamp as I start by 4 – 4:30 in the morning. I usually use the second light level, as I don’t want to be over illuminated as I walk through the neighborhood. I appreciate that it is rechargeable using the standard USB charging cable for phones etc.

  12. Kyle Okiec (verified owner)

Quality Affordable Bike Light! Quality bike light. Inexpensive. I like that its rechargeable. It feels very robust and well made. I would use this just as a front light when camping/riding. It has a quick disconnect. I like the color scheme. My bike is black and orange. So is my smart watch. It’s very easy to install. Haven’t tested it at night yet and I’m not sure of battery life but I bet that will all be just fine.

  13. Thomas S Latos (verified owner)

Very secure mount. Garmin mount compatible. Use in DRL mode.

  14. MARCELL BETANCOURT (verified owner)

Perfect size, easy to handle and install.

  18. axel anaya

It puts out a constant 1500 lumens. It’s very bright, sturdy build.

  19. Aaron Kravitz

Well made and very simple and clean. The weight is decent for build quality.

  20. Beanfellow

This is a clean design that puts many other lights to shame. Simple, strong attachment with an easy twist to remove (prevents theft). Minimal profile—-Five Stars 🤘🏻🤘🏻

  21. David Y (verified owner)

Use as a helmet light for MTB riding. Good coverage. Excellent illumination. Battery life is as advertised. No negatives.

  22. Robert H. DeFoe

This is a very small and well made bike light at a fair price. It has 3 light brightness settings with 1500 lumen being the highest setting(which is very bright). The other two lower power and flashing settings make it acceptable for all night settings and condition situations. Last, the included mount adapters make it easy to install on the bike’s handlebar. Overall, I am very pleased with this bike light and highly recommend it.
