Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19 and unrest in parts of the country, and in an effort to keep everyone safe and still maintaining a certain capability for order fulfillment, we are expecting possible delays in order processing and order delivery. When it comes to order processing, we are doing our best to maintain a 1- 2 business day processing time. However the bulk of the delay will take place during the delivery process, transporation capacity for USPS and FedEx have been curtailed of late and there are potentially long waiting periods for packages to move between distribution centers.
Also processes such as exchanges, returns and repairs may be a little slower than normal. We will continue to carry out these operations, but are expecting each to take on average several days longer than usual but in some cases may be up to a week delay. We thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.

From disruptions to our supply chains to instability in the financial markets and consumer confidence, we have started to feel the effects.
